Hi, I’m Zoey, a short-term rental (STR) owner, investor, coach, and speaker. I’m passionate about turning ordinary properties into unforgettable retreats. Over the last five years, I’ve had the pleasure of transforming everything from cozy glampsites to luxurious retreats that offer guests an immersive, nature-inspired, 5-star experience.

As a speaker and educator, I love sharing my hands-on experience with aspiring STR entrepreneurs. Whether through speaking engagements, content creation, or workshops, I help others navigate the world of short-term rentals and build thriving, profitable businesses. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with incredible brands like AirDNA, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify, and I focus on providing actionable strategies—from acquiring properties, creating compelling listings, managing bookings, and scaling operations—that make a real impact.
