Nice to meet you, I’m Zoey.

An entrepneuer turned short-term rental (STR) owner, investor and coach while being a mom and wife at home. You can expect to find me cultivating unique stays, traveling and experiencing other unique stays or outside on an adventure with my family. I graduated Michigan State University on a pursuit for adventure and what’s next. After leaving my 9-5 desk job at 23 years old (yes I only made it one year working for someone else) I started my entrepenuerial journey as a finance coach turned real estate investor and coach after spending half a decade experiencing the life-changing ways real estate had on our life.

What started as an idea to try out Airbnb’ing our glamping property for the Summer while we traveled has completely changed our lives, generations to come and the hundreds of students I’ve helped along the way. We found the balance of investing in real estate with the lifestyle play that encompasses unique stays that we love, in markets we want to visit and pay us a salary replacing profit to do so. As an expert in the stay for unique stays, glamping, developing land, custom and ground-up development and extensive renovation - I like to say we’ve done it all in every way and have found the ways each can play into your strategy at the right time and place.

When I’m not traveling, you’ll find me at home with my husband and toddler, always finding new ways to make STRs more profitable and fun! My mission is simple: to empower others to build businesses that give them the freedom to live life on their own terms.
